CPS is a consortium of three companies that provides the
overall station management and logistics support: CH2M Hill Corporation,
Polar Field Services, and SRI International. CH2M Hill Corporation
provides enterprise resource planning, warehousing, and major
construction support, Polar Field Services is the primary logistics
contractor, and SRI International provides IT infrastructure. CPS's
Summit Station point of contact is Dr. Sandy Starkweather.

SCO provides research guidance and coordination between the
scientists working at Summit. Its steering committee receives input from
all scientists to recommend improvements to the station and ensure
that the various scientific activities co-exist. Additionally, SCO
aggregates the research at their website for the scientific community.

- MCS Harris is the satellite provider
for the site, overseen by SRI International. The VSAT satellite
dish provides 128 kb/s internet connectivity and telephony for
the station. Iridium sat-phones provide backup communications
for the station.
